Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). We ship via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which typically takes 2–3 working days for delivery within the UK.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout, as we are unable to amend addresses once the order has been placed.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there’s an issue with the quality of the product, please get in touch via our contact page within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Not at the moment,but if you need something urgently or have a special request, get in touch before placing your order and we’ll see what we can do.

We don’t accept returns or offer refunds, as our coffee is freshly roasted and perishable. If there’s a genuine issue, reach out. We’re happy to help where we can.

My order arrived damaged/incorrect—What do I do?

Drop us a message through our contact page within 7 days of receiving your order. Attach a photo if possible, and we’ll sort it out.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet—we’re currently shipping within the UK only. But keep an eye out… you never know where our cargo might end up next.
